In stock orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, M-F 8:30am – 3:00pm EST. In stock orders placed after 3pm will be processed within the next two business days.
We frequently begin processing orders within 1 or 2 hours of receipt. Consequently, if any order is cancelled or returned, it will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Before returning any order, you must call 603-645-6800 and get an RMA number from our sales office.
